Common FAQ's

How do I become part of the IRC Retail Centers Contractor Network?
All contractors must sign up and go through the admission process.  Please click “Sign Up” on the upper right and fill out the form in its entirety.  Upon submission of this form, your account will undergo a review process.  Once your account is approved you will be notified via email and be able to submit bids.

How do I reset my password?
Once you are logged into the IRC Retail Centers Bidboard, click “Change Password” on the upper right.  A new page will open that will allow you to choose a new password.  Note, you will have to enter it twice as confirmation.

 

How do I edit my profile?
Once you are logged into the IRC Retail Centers Bidboard, click “Edit My Account” on the upper right.  A new page will open that will allow you to edit your email address, company information or references.

 

I forgot my password, what do I do?
Click “Forgot Password” under the login area or click here:  Forgot Password   Please enter the email that was used to create your account.  You will receive an email that includes A temporary password.  Once logged in, we encourage you to click "change password" in the upper right hand corner and update your password. 

 

You mentioned that I would receive email confirmations, but I did not receive any.
First, please check your spam/junk folder.  The emails will be coming from bidboard@propertycapsule.com or construdept@ircretailcenters.com.  We encourage you to save both emails to your contacts to ensure delivery.  Please note, we can only receive reply emails to constrdept@ircretailcenters.com

 

Can I go back and review the bid that I just submitted?
Yes!  Please log into the IRC Retail Centers Bidboard and select the name of the open bid.  (Please note, if the bid is now closed, please select “View Closed Requests” and follow directions).  Once you select the name of the bid, you can view the date/time you submitted your bid along with your actual bid answers.

 

What if I made a mistake on my bid?
As the Rules for Bidding state, all bids are final.  Please take your time to ensure you have read the bid instructions and have reviewed your responses prior to hiting "submit bid".  You cannot save drafts or return at a later time.
